Seminary Building reaches highest point

04.05.2026

The Seminary Building at the Borgerstein site in Sint-Katelijne-Waver has reached its highest point.

A project shaped by heritage research: the restoration of the front wing, the preservation of the inner gardens, and new volumes that reference the original layout without mimicking it.

250 apartments, co-housing units, office space, a medical practice and hospitality facilities. A complex programme, brought together in a masterplan that balances the weight of history with the needs of today.

With Phase 2 now underway, there is more to come. Many thanks to all partners for the collaboration.
